Every booking is designed to be seamless, organized, and stress-free.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Details:
Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis and dates are not held. Early booking is strongly recommended.

A signed contract and 20% deposit are required to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due prior to your event, as outlined in your invoice.

All services are reserved based on the original booking and cannot be reduced once confirmed. Additional services may be added based on availability.

Cancellations will result in the loss of deposit and may be subject to additional charges depending on the notice provided.

Bridal Trials:
Bridal trials are exclusively reserved for booked brides and are scheduled separately from wedding day services.

All policies outlined in your contract apply to trial services.

Travel Information:
All services are mobile and performed on-location.

Travel fees vary by location, please contact for more information.

Any parking or valet fees incurred are the responsibility of the client.

Timing & Schedule:
Timeliness is essential to ensure all services are completed as scheduled. Please ensure the everyone is present and ready.

Delays may result in adjusted or skipped services without refund.
Late fees may apply if timing is impacted due to client-related delays.

Setup & Image Consent:
A clean workspace, chair, and access to a power outlet must be provided upon arrival.

With permission, photos may be taken for portfolio and promotional use. Client wishes will always be respected.

Health & Safety:
All tools and products are sanitized between each client to maintain high hygiene standards.

Clients are responsible for informing the Artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to their appointment.

Artist Availability:
In the unlikely event the Artist is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement artist will be arranged where possible.

If a replacement cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued.

Professional Conduct:
JZ BEAUTY maintains a zero tolerance policy for any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior. Services will be terminated immediately if this occurs.
