TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment:
Bookings are first-come, first serve and dates are only secured once a deposit is received. While a date may be available when you inquire, it could be booked by someone else at any time. Dates are not held. Early booking is strongly recommended.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% is required. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The deposit is applied toward your total and the remaining balance is due one week before your booking. The person who confirms the booking and agrees to these policies is responsible for the full payment.

Once the deposit is received, your date and time are confirmed. Services cannot be removed from the booking. Additional services may be added, subject to time and availability.

The deposit reflects the total number of services booked. If any group member cancels, their deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to the remaining balance.

Cancellations will result in the loss of deposit.

Travel & Parking:
All bookings are mobile and on-location, as in-studio appointments are currently unavailable.

Travel fees vary by location and is charged per artist. Please contact for a quote on your specific location.

If the service location changes after the travel fee has been agreed upon, the artist reserves the right to adjust the fee accordingly.

Any parking fees (such as valet at hotels) incurred at the location are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full.

Client Delays:
Punctuality is essential to ensure all services are completed on time. If a client or member of the party is late, services may be reduced or skipped to stay on schedule, with no refund for missed services.

A $50 late fee will apply for every 30 minutes of delay or if the appointment runs over time due to client related delays.

To avoid this, please ensure the entire party is present and ready at the scheduled start time. For group bookings, all services must be performed at the same location and back-to-back with no breaks in between.

Bridal Trial Details:
Bridal trials are available exclusively to brides who have secured their wedding date with a deposit.

Trials are booked separately from wedding day services and typically last up to 2 hours. They're usually scheduled 1-2 months before your wedding to keep the look fresh in your memory.

Trials are usually held Monday to Thursday, as they tend to be more in depth to take our time to experiment and perfect your look without feeling rushed.

If you're planning your trial before a pre-wedding event, it's a good idea to allow 1-2 hours afterward to finish getting ready before heading out.

Artist Cancellation:
In the unlikely event the artist is unable to perform the agreed services due to circumstances beyond their control (such as severe weather, illness or an emergency) a qualified replacement artist will be arranged.

If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

Health & Safety:
All tools and products are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each makeup application to maintain high hygiene standards. However, the artist cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur during or after the service.

To help prevent any issues, clients must inform the artist in advance of any known allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions.

Setup & Photo Consent:
Please ensure a suitable table or work surface, a chair (ideally a bar stool or tall chair) and access to a power outlet are available for the makeup artist upon arrival.

With your permission, the artist may take photos for use on social media, portfolio or website. If you prefer to not have any photos taken or shared, please let the artist know in advance. Your wishes will always be respected.

Zero Tolerance:
JZ BEAUTY maintains a zero tolerance policy toward any form of violence, aggression, abusive language or inappropriate behaviour. Such conduct will result in the immediate termination of services, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
